.BellaHadid wore a puffer jacket that nods to the ultimate New York City movie.
The design is part of the first drop from Bond’scollection, and features an image of Robert De Niro as his troubled character, Travis Bickle. The still—an extreme closeup of Bickle during the story’s climax—made for a dramatic, albeit gory, print. Hadid kept the rest of her outfit subdued to ensure all eyes were focused on her outwear, adding on a tartan print Burberry purse, black workwear pants, and a pair of chunky-soled black oxfords.
Wearing fashions that reference iconic New York films while hanging out in the city is nice, but fashion wasn’t the focus of Bella’s day. She and boyfriend Marc Kalman spent their Sunday at the Bowery mission volunteering in its men’s shelter and soup kitchen. That evening she took to Instagram to highlight the organization and praise its place in history. “143 years in service!” Hadid wrote in her post.
