The leak issue has been ongoing since January

A mum from Belfast has been forced to send her six month old baby away from her home due to a housing issue.

Speaking to Belfast Live, Taylor said: "I've had to send my baby away to stay with her dad, she's only six months old. I've got severe postpartum depression and anxiety along with PTSD. Taylor said when Choice Housing attended the property previously, they placed tape over the leak which she claims made it worse. The leak is coming from an extractor fan pipe above the bathroom, meaning lights in the bathroom can't be used.

"My bathroom is like a pool, I don't even need to take my daughter to the swimmers, we've got one here. Whenever I needed to go to the bathroom last night, I had to put my coat on and put my hood up because it was raining in my bathroom."
