After the charge was put to Scullion, he replied 'guilty'
A West Belfast man today admitted de-frauding the Northern Ireland Housing Executive of over £125,000.
The 44-year old, from Anderstownstown Road, carried out the offending over a period from May 27, 2009 to June 6, 2021. The charge continued that Scullion amended a claim that should have been closed and instead made payments into his own bank account, resulting in payments being made to him on a regular basis to a total sum of £125,603.63 he was not entitled to.
