Belarusian President Alexander Lukashenko says he has begun receiving tactical nuclear weapons from Russia and will not hesitate to use them if needed.

Russian President Vladimir Putin has begun delivering tactical nuclear weapons to Belarusian President Alexander Lukashenko, who says he will only use them as a deterrent. "God forbid I have to make a decision to use those weapons today, but there would be no hesitation if we face an aggression," Lukashenko said of the nuclear weapons on Wednesday.
