Beauty enthusiasts say they have found a £14 toner that noticeably improves skin clarity in just seven days.
The toner also boasts five different weights of hyaluronic acid, which should provide hydration to skin cells. A potent polyhydroxy acid is included to clarify the uppermost layer of your skin by exfoliating dead skin cells and unclogging pores. There's also a naturally derived beta hydroxy acid that claims to combat blackheads and reduce congestion.
