The BBC has teased a first look at its reinvention of Sir Quentin Blake's timeless British classic books, in a full animated series, narrated by Hustle actor Adrian Lester
The BBC has given viewers a sneak peek at their upcoming animated series based on Sir Quentin Blake's timeless children's books, collectively called Box of Treasures.
Each of the six episodes will feature narration from Hustle actor Adrian Lester, with Shaun of the Dead's Simon Pegg voicing characters in Zagazoo. Simon Pegg will also voice characters in Snuff and Angel Pavement, while Gavin and Stacey actress Alison Steadman will voice the unstoppable Mrs Armitage and Last Tango in Halifax's Nina Sosanya will bring Angela Bowling to life in Loveykins.The British store was one of the first to release its festive advert for Christmas 2023, but it quickly received backlash. In response, Marks & Spencer have now launched another Christmas ad.
