Charlie Stayt was joined by Nina Warhurst, despite usually hosting with Naga
BBC Breakfast presenter Naga Munchetty was absent from her usual spot on Saturday, with a co-star filling in. The broadcaster hosts alongside Charlie Stayt on Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays.
On Friday's show, Naga confronted the shadow culture secretary over a controversial tweet posted by The Labour Party's official Twitter account. Lucy replied: "Well look what I do know, Naga, that the figures that we’ve uncovered around those convicted with serious sexual assault are pretty startling."
Another added: "A complete and utter car crash!" A third said: "Not the first time has your style of aggressive journalism and 'interviewing' a political guest this morning made me want to turn off."
