Gareth Bale could be involved in some capacity with the Wales national team following his decision to end his playing career, head coach Rob Page said on Tuesday.
"When you've got somebody like Gareth Bale and what he's done for Wales and the impact he can have even in the changing room ... then you know I've got to take advantage of that and he's interested to do it in whatever capacity," Page told reporters on a Zoom call on Tuesday. Page said Bale informed him on Sunday that he was hanging up his boots before he made the announcement on social media.
