The Aztecs raked it in with priority ticket packages that cost as much as $1,500 per seat and reserved packages that were up to $600 per seat. That didn’t include a one-time “stadium excellence gift” that added another $250 to $1,500, depending on price level. Speaking of weather, Mission Valley temperatures could touch the mid-90s for the 12:30 p.m. kickoff, adding to the heat on to reach a sellout.
“At this point, we’ll move forward with single game, but people can still buy a season ticket based on the rest of the games after this.”
