Rainbow Services housing support service, in Ayr’s Beresford Terrace, was subject to a spot check from the Care Inspectorate.
An Ayrshire housing support service was placed under the microscope from the industry regulator during an unannounced inspection.
Among the key messages, the Care Inspectorate said the service had “made improvements” since their last visit. In addition, staff had received “appropriate training” in medication, while medication administration and auditing “had improved”. “To prepare for the inspection, we reviewed information about this service. This included previous inspection findings, registration information, information submitted by the service and intelligence gathered since the last inspection.”
