Ayr just missed out on the UK's top 100 seaside town's in a survey by Which?
Two Ayr shire towns have again been named as the worst seaside locations in Scotland in a survey by Which?.Which? surveyed 4,744 of their members about their experience of visiting seaside towns in the past year with a total of 10,474 visits analysed.
Ayr achieved a destination score of just 57 per cent while Largs fared slightly better at 65 per cent. Ayr did score higher for its beaches, tourist attractions and parking but wasn't rated four or higher for any of the 10 criteria.
