The ex-husband of a New York mother and former federal prosecutor who allegedly died by medically assisted suicide has resigned following a leave of absence, his former employer said in a statement.
A spokesperson for the law firm declined to elaborate as to whether Kassenoff was urged to resign or did so voluntarily. In mid-March, Allan accused Catherine of trying to “destroy” him during the custody battle, which he claims cost him more than $3 million, according to emails made public by Catherine.wrote Catherine in an email on March 19Greenberg Traurig, meanwhile, characterized the couple’s children — ages 9, 12 and 13 — as the “primary victims” in its statement Sunday, while establishing a trust fund with an independent monitor to benefit the trio.
