Police are asking the public for help
Lancashire Police are renewing their appeal for information after a man was seriously assaulted in Whalley six months ago.
The attack happened on King Street at 1.25am on September 17 last year. CCTV footage obtained from the scene showed the victim – a man in his 20s – being punched in the face in what appeared to be an unprovoked attack. As a result of the attack, he suffered a serious facial injury. The male suspect is described as 5ft 10ins tall, wearing a black jacket, black jeans and black shoes.Officers are asking anyone who has information about the incident to call 10.
