TopGunMaverick star Monica Barbaro is shifting genres in the first trailer for Paramount+'s upcoming rom-com, AtMidnightMovie.
Following her turn in the hit Tom Cruise sequel, the first At Midnight trailer has been released for Monica Barbaro's rom-com. Barbaro recently starred in the box office juggernaut Top Gun: Maverick, which opened to wide critical acclaim and proved to have strong legs at the box office. At the time of this writing, Top Gun: Maverick has a 96 percent from critics and a 99 percent from viewers on Rotten Tomatoes and has made $1.48 billion at the box office.

Out February 10, exclusively on Paramount+, At Midnight comes out in time for Valentine’s Day. Anders Holm, best known for his work on Workaholics, plays Sophie’s boyfriend, Adam Clark. Diego Boneta, who played the titular character in Luis Miguel: The Series and also appeared in 2019’s Terminator: Dark Fate, stars as Alejandro. Also in At Midnight is comedy vet Whitney Cummings, Catherine Cohen, Sara Sampaio, Fernando Carsa, Casey Thomas Brown, Maya Zapata, Dazelle Yvette, Michael Gianonne, Joseph Fernandez, Victor Oliveira, Ricardo Esquerra, and Anthony Giulietti.
At Midnight is shaping up to be a fun rom-com that might take jabs at the superhero film industry, a concept ripe with opportunity. Not new to rom-coms, writer-director Jonah Feingold has penned the script alongside Maria Hinojos and Giovanni M. Porta. Barbaro’s upcoming projects, besides At Midnight, include the video game Forspoken and appearances in such television series as Army of the Dead: Lost Vegas and Utap.
