Artist Manuela Guillén found community at a shared studio on Germantown Avenue.
It was in this space, lent to her by a friend, that she completed a mural in collaboration with students from Kirkbride Elementary as part of We Will Write the World, a Mural Arts and Read by 4th project. The mural now lives outside Cosmi’s Deli in South Philadelphia.
