Arrest after video 'of distressed elderly woman being filmed by carer' posted on Snapchat
An arrest has been made in connection with an investigation into a video circulating on social media 'of a distressed elderly woman being filmed by a carer'.
She has since been bailed pending further enquiries, Greater Manchester Police said.
