Milligan, who owns the Los Angeles-based clinic Elite OrthoSport, was a competitive gymnast for 20 years before becoming a physical therapist.“I have a wonderful girlfriend, Heather Milligan, who is very successful. I’m really proud of her, and I love her,” he added.The “Terminator” actor was married to Maria Shriver from 1986 to 2021, though they had been separated since 2011.
