Police say an argument started after a family was celebrating a wedding Sunday morning, leading to the shooting.
A 10-month-old baby girl has been hospitalized after getting shot in the hand Sunday morning in a Philadelphia neighborhood.The baby’s hand was grazed by a bullet outside a home on the 3400 block of Emerald Street in Kensington around 9:30 a.m. According to“She was just crying, like, she was just crying and I just happened to look and I seen all this blood on my shirt,” Keylianis Issac said. “It’s really bad.
Surveillance video obtained by CBS3 shows Issac outside with the baby in her arms after the shooting. Then, she starts to run and hides behind a car.The infant was taken Sunday morning to St. Christopher’s Hospital for Children. According the CBS3, the mother said the baby is stable after getting stitches and a metal plate in her left hand.
