Shoppers are concerned they won't be able to afford to buy Christmas presents following the move from the retailer.
Argos has gotten rid of a popular payment method in the run-up to Christmas, sparking fears that people now won't be able to afford their presents.
The Sun reports that customers can now choose BNPL plans in more limited scenarios. For example, if shoppers spend more than £30, they can pick a plan of up to three months. One said on X, previously known as Twitter :“Any idea when the six-month BNPL plan will be available again on the Argos card? Can't do my Christmas shopping at Argos without it.”
