Police are appealing for the public's help missing
Police say they are becoming 'increasingly concerned' for the welfare of a missing man last seen over ten days ago.
23-year-old Rami Dounsi was last seen in the area of the Royal Victoria Hospital on Thursday, February 2. In an appeal issued on Monday morning, February 13, a PSNI spokesperson said: "Police in west Belfast are becoming increasingly concerned for the welfare of missing 23 year old Rami Dounsi who was last seen in the area of the Royal Victoria Hospital on the afternoon of Thursday 2nd February."Rami was wearing black trousers, a black coat, brown shoes and a black beanie hat.
