Strictly Come Dancing judge Shirley Ballas urged fans to reach out to loved ones on World Mental Health Day as she reflected losing her brother David to suicide almost two decades ago.
“My dearest brother David just gone with no signs. I think about him every day and more importantly as it draws closer to his anniversary.“So please if you are suffering talk to someone, however difficult it may seem. Please talk to a friend, a family member, neighbour, sibling, colleague or a @calmzone councillor on 0800 58 58 58.She added: “And if you think someone you know is suffering, reach out, give them a call or drop them a text.
