A new poster for Ant-Man and the Wasp: Quantumania teases the beginning of Kang's dynasty within the Marvel Cinematic Universe. The upcoming Ant-Man sequel will see Scott Lang , Hope Van Dyne , Janet Van Dyne , Hank Pym , and Cassie Lang transported into the Quantum Realm, where they will meet Kang the Conqueror for the first time. Peyton Reed returns to the director's chair to helm the third film, with a script penned by Jeff Loveness, who will write Avengers: The Kang Dynasty.
SCREENRANT VIDEO OF THE DAY Now, Marvel Studios has released Ant-Man and the Wasp: Quantumania's latest poster in anticipation of the next trailer, which will premiere during the College Football Playoff National Championship on ESPN. It features Scott, Hope, and Cassie all aligned in their superhero costumes while Kang looms in the background. Its tagline, "Witness the beginning of a new dynasty," teases that Kang's reign in the MCU is only just beginning.
Now that He Who Remains is dead, more variants of Kang can appear in any upcoming Marvel film or television series. While Kang looks like a formidable threat in Ant-Man and the Wasp: Quantumania, there may also be more menacing variants of the antagonist as the franchise progresses to Avengers: The Kang Dynasty.
Because of this, every single universe is at risk of an incursion, which could cause the destruction of the world and its alternate realities. The ending of Ant-Man and the Wasp: Quantumania could very well see another incursion happening within the MCU, which could trigger many of The Multiverse Saga's subsequent events, as Kang establishes not only his reign on the Quantum Realm but the entirety of the MCU as a whole.
