As fans anxiously count down the days until I'm A Celeb returns to our screens, show hosts Ant and Dec got more than they bargained for after confronting a huge snake in new promo
With just weeks left to go until the nail biting return of I’m a Celebrity…Get Me Out of Here, show hosts Ant McPartlin and Declan Donnelly have been getting up close and personal with a few jungle residents ahead of the series launch.
Asking the trained handler what the snake was called, it was soon revealed that the snake was named Monty, in a tongue in cheek reference to the classic comedy troupe Monty Python, who shot to fame throughout the late 60’s and early 70s. The camera then panned to Ant, as the two smiled nervously while continuing to handle the large reptile.
No contestants for this year's I'm A Celeb have been confirmed yet, but that hasn’t stopped speculation from swirling about who may be joining the show in the coming weeks. In addition, a teaser trailer for the show was released on 20 October, which gave viewers at home a clear hint of what they can expect from the exciting return to the jungle later this year.
