Anno 1800 Console Edition arrives on Xbox Series X|S in March.
, which was announced in October last year, launches for Xbox Series X|S and PS5 on March 16th. Ubisoft has also revealed that the PC version of the game has amassed over 2.5 million players.According to Ubisoft, Anno 1800 Console Edition has been developed by the same studio behind the original PC version of the game, Ubisoft Mainz, and it will offer"players the full Anno experience with a completely redesigned user interface and controls.
Set in the dawn of the Industrial Age, Anno 1800 is a city-building real-time strategy game where you are tasked with constructing a city from nothing, sending out expeditions around the globe, eliminating your opponents by diplomacy, trade, or warfare, and eventually, building an empire. Pre-orders for both a Standard edition and a Deluxe version of Anno 1800 Console Edition have also gone live on the Xbox store. The Deluxe version includes three cosmetics packs: the Pedestrian Zone, the Amusements Pack and Vibrant Cities. For those who do pre-order either edition, you will be given the imperial and the console founder packs, containing extra cosmetic bonuses, along with the digital artbook and soundtrack.
