Amid differences of opinion in the Aegean and Mediterranean, the two countries 'agreed to bring new approaches to solving problems,' says Turkish Foreign Minister Hakan Fidan.

He added that Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan and Greek Prime Minister Kyriakos Mitsotakis will meet later this month on the sidelines of the UN General Assembly meeting in New York. The last High Level Cooperation Council meeting between Türkiye and Greece took place in Türkiye's Aegean province of Izmir in March 2016.
