A case of mistaken identity led to the wrong Call Of Duty getting bad reviews, as the original Modern Warfare 3 is caught in the crossfire.
Gamer outrage is like war… it never changes Although it’s not properly out for a couple of days, Call Of Duty fans are already dismayed with Modern Warfare 3, following its early access campaign. It’s been deemed the worst campaign mode in the whole series and disgruntled fans have been airing their grievances on the game’s Metacritic page, to try and tank its user score. However, Metacritic doesn’t allow user reviews until after a game has launched.
This just goes to show that nothing’s really changed in over 10 years and once the 2023 Modern Warfare 3’s Metacritic page opens up, it’s no doubt going to be drowning in poor reviews.
