SINGAPORE: Ang Mo Kio Town Council has temporarily suspended installation activities at Block 471C Fernvale Street after a resident was caught on camera obstructing the workers from carrying out their duties.
An AMKTC spokesperson has since said that the incident took place during a planned installation of anti-bird nettings at the block. Revealing that residents had ample notice before the works were carried out, the representative said:
