Dispensaries can continue to operate as essential businesses during this time, while practicing social distancing and other public health recommendations.Likewise, San Jose, according to communications director Rosario Neaves, is interpreting medical cannabis as falling under the “health-care operations” provision of the order and, therefore, is allowing dispensaries to remain open.
