The singer – who appeared on the TV talent show in 2014 and made it to the final six – passed away on Sunday after being rushed to hospital following an apparent heart attack in Alabama.
His cause of death is yet to be confirmed, but the coroner said his death seemed "natural" while there is currently no evidence of foul play. Keith said: "You sing because you have to sing, not because you want to sing. And I mean that in the deepest way. And that's why it's so believable and real. I just believed it and I felt it."
