When the couple was stopped in Louisiana there was only one child with them according to Heap’s office. The other children were found with a relative shortly after, officials said., a set of 16-year-old twins told deputies they escaped their home where they were allegedly handcuffed, according to the constable office's spokesperson Jeff McShan.
