BREAKING: The latest as two missing children, who were at the center of an Amber Alert from Ellis County, have been found safe.
Police were looking for the siblings parents, Scott Welch and Alethia Tyson, in connection with their disappearance.
DFPS was recently granted custody of the kids due to both parents alleged history of using and recently testing positive for high levels of methamphetamine. "I don't think they're in any danger at all. They'd be in more danger in my opinion if they were with CPS than they are right now," said Paul Welch.
Jada is a white female, about 5-foot, 3-inches tall, weighs about 100 pounds with blue eyes and blond hair. Tristan is a white baby male with blue eyes and weighing in at about 18 pounds.Alethia Tyson, 35 , and Scott Welch, 43 , are wanted in connection with the disappearance of two children in Midlothian this week.
