San Francisco Amazon may have killed its plan for a second headquarters in New York, but it still wants in on the city's tech talent.
The company will lease 335,000 square feet of new office space in Manhattan's Hudson Yards neighborhood, it said Friday. The news was first reported by the Wall Street Journal. Amazon's New York expansion comes less than a year after abandoning plans to build part of its highly anticipated"HQ2" in nearby Long Island City.
