As the Coronation creeps ever closer, we take a closer look at all of the European royals who have confirmed their attendance at the historic ceremony on Saturday May 6th
From family members to politicians, world leaders to faith leaders, a whole host of pivotal figures in society will be in attendance.
However in one break from tradition, King Charles has opted to invite foreign royals to the ceremony, with a number of prestigious households from all around the world invited to the historic occasion. Denmark’s longest reigning monarchy Margrethe II will be attending the ceremony, having inherited the title of Europe’s longest reigning monarch since the death of Queen Elizabeth II last September. Having been on the throne for over 50 years, she is currently the longest serving female head of state and the only Curren queen regnant in the world.
