The Food Standards Agency has issued a number of warnings to shoppers who have purchased certain products
Shoppers at Asda, Aldi and Sainsbury's have been warned not to eat certain products that have been removed from sale.
Aldi Signature Flatbreads UK is taking back its Village Bakery tortilla wraps eight pack because there might be metal in it. The FSA said the product could have been messed with. The FSA website says: "Signature Flatbreads UK is taking the precautionary step of recalling Village Bakery 8 Tortilla Wraps White because of a possible presence of metal, as the product may have been tampered with. The possible presence of metal makes this product unsafe to eat.
Asda Asda has issued a precautionary recall of Taj Chopped Spinach 450g due to the possibility of the product containing small pieces of metal. Sainsbury's The FSA said Sainsbury's is recalling its "by Sainsbury's Flaked Almonds" because they may contain Salmonella - an infection that makes people sick and can cause fever, diarrhoea and cramps.
