John David Baskins, 44, is wanted in Lauderdale County, Ala. for arson. Lauderdale County authorities are looking for a man after they say he set fire to a home after attempting to break in.
According to the sheriff’s office, John David Baskins, 44, of Florence, is wanted on first degree arson charges. Investigators say Baskins went to a home in the 12000 block of County Road 8, north of the Central community. A woman said Baskins attempted to enter her residence, then threw bricks through the windows of the home. The woman, who was armed, fired several shots at Baskins. Authorities do not know if he was wounded.
