An air ambulance has landed in Cassiobury Park this afternoon after a person fell.
Locals reported seeing the air ambulance overhead travelling towards the park this afternoon and the East of England Ambulance Service has now confirmed that it was called to reports of an injury in Woodford Road, near Watford Junction.
Just after 4.30pm, a spokesperson said: “We were called at 2.53pm with reports of a person who had fallen and injured their foot in Woodford Road, Watford.Members of the public shared photos of the helicopter, which was seen landing in the park at around 2.57pm. Medics were then seen getting out and heading out of the park towards the town centre to respond to the call.
