Joe Mann has overcome his demons to adjust to family life after his Army service which included tours of Afghanistan
Joe, now 34 and living in Borehamwood, Herts, is now preparing to take on the Three Peaks challenge in a‘I joined the Royal Logistics in 2008 as a driver and my first tour was two years later when I was sent out to Helmand Province,’ he said. ‘This tour was a bad one for everyone but for me it was very intense, as I had a lot of pressure on my shoulders as a young soldier,’ Joe said. Joe credits his partner Rio Burgen and their two sons for helping him to overcome his demons after leaving the Army
