Evan Ellingson has died at the age of 35 Abigail Breslin has paid tribute to Evan Ellingson following his death at the age of 35. The former child actor, who most notably starred in My Sister’s Keeper, reportedly died at a property in San Bernardino on Sunday. In the wake of the news, Breslin – who appeared opposite the late star in the 2009 flick – reflected on their time together. Taking to Instagram, the 27-year-old posted a snap from set, beside a lengthy tribute to her former castmate.
‘Oh man. What a beautiful tribute post. You’ve dealt with a lot of loss over the last few years, and I’m so sorry for that,’ a follower said. ‘Everyone is leaving too soon. You had an impact on his life, I’m sure. So sorry for your loss and for his family,’ another agreed. Tributes poured in for Evan on social media One wrote: ‘Heartbreaking to hear of his passing. My Sister’s Keeper is such an impactful movie you started in and I hope it’ll be apart of Evan’s lasting legacy as well as yours.
