Stephen Frail wants a first win over the Dons this season as they head to Pittodrie
Motherwell No.2 Stephen Frail says the Steelmen are heading to Aberdeen on Saturday with a point to prove, looking to pick up a first win over the Dons this season.
While assistant Frail admits they would have accepted a point before the game when they last visited Pittodrie, he’s looking for more this time around. “It is an interesting dynamic. This is their first league game after the announcement of their new manager – whether or not he’ll be there I don’t know.“The one that sticks in the mind for us more is the 3-3 game.
Finishing top of the bottom six is an obvious target for Motherwell and Frail said: “It’s the first thing the manager said to them after the Hibs game.
