The Dons manager was the busiest in the top flight and is ready to go again in January.
Forward-thinking Barry Robson signed 13 players in the summer but has revealed the Aberdeen recruitment team have already started working on their January signing targets.
“We have people who are looking at January now,” Robson said. “It is a continuous thing looking at players. I’m personally not at the minute but there are other people doing that .” Robson wanted to move away from an over-reliance on loanees and is confident this core of players will provide a platform for long-term success.
Aberdeen’s recruitment drive has been far-reaching, bringing in players from as far afield as the Australian, Polish, Israeli, Belgian and Serbian leagues.
