A modernised living room, free from the clutter which once consumed it, makes the property great for family living. There is also a W.C located on the ground floor of the property. He added:"It’s mostly families living in the area so we knew what the average buyer would look like. We did a bespoke design for them.
"It’ll soon be someone’s family home and we won’t be able to pop down anymore. It’s going to be strange to see it go even though we are absolutely delighted to see how it’s turned out.
