The woman, in her 20s, died after two cars collided near Skegness, police say.
The incident happened just before 16:00 GMT on Monday when a Dacia travelling towards Boston was in collision with a Ford driving in the opposite direction, Lincolnshire Police said.
The Dacia driver died at the scene and the passenger was taken to hospital with serious injuries, police said.
