She posted a note outside her door, telling neighbors to knock if they needed anything “during this crazy time—loo roll, help with shopping/errands if you are, a cup of sugar, etc. Or just need an extra hand,” the note read. “We are happy to help. Please knock or leave us a note.” The note was shortly met with an anonymous reply, written on a box of chocolates—a gift thanking the woman for her generosity. “GOOD KARMA for your gorgeous offer of help to people downstairs,” the box read. “Thank you! Xxx”
