The onetime home of salsa musician Marc Anthony is going on the market for $12 million
The salsa musician bought the Pinecrest, Fla., property for $5.1 million in 2015 and sold it for $5 million in 20171 Oak Studios/ONE Sotheby’s, according to listing agent Michael Martinez of ONE Sotheby’s International Realty.Mr. Anthony owned the house in the Miami suburb of Pinecrest, Fla., in the mid-2010s, after his divorce from superstar Jennifer Lopez, a spokeswoman for Mr. Anthony confirmed. The sellers are James Myers, owner of Indiana-based boat-supply company PontoonStuff.
The Myerses bought the house for $5.6 million in 2019. Ms. Myers said Mr. Anthony “is my favorite artist,” but she didn’t know the singer was a former resident when they purchased the home.executive Hani El-Naffy for $5 million in 2017 during a slowdown in the local market, said Mr. Martinez.
