Santen Co., Ltd. ( hereinafter Santen) has announced the nationwide launch of a public service announcement (PSA) starting May 11, 2026, aiming to prevent and control the progression of children's near-sightedness. This campaign targets people nationwide and will be carried out using such methods as television commercials (TVCM), web advertisements, posters for in-patients, etc. The main goal of this collaboration is to draw child's near-sightedness as a topic closer to home, prompting viewers to consider the possibility that such a condition could affect them, the importance of lifestyle adjustments, and the need to consult an ophthalmologist at an early stage.
