A 60-year-old man was hospitalized Friday night after being struck by a vehicle on the city’s West Side, said San Antonio police.
Upon arrival, officers learned that a man was standing in the westbound lanes of Marbach Road near SW Loop 410 when he was struck by a gray Cadillac.
The man was taken to an area hospital with life-threatening injuries.Additionally, the driver had the right of way during the crash and does not appear to be facing any charges at this time, police said.
