KIRKLAND, Wash. — Five men are facing multiple felony charges in connection to a string oftargeting Indian American and South Asian American families in western Washington.
They were arrested at a Redmond home. Police recovered multiple stolen items, $17,000 in cash and designer handbags. Detectives learned that the suspects traveled between California and Washington in rental cars, swapping the licenses plates with stolen ones, and stayed in short-term rental properties to change locations, according to the Kirkland Police Department.
