KENT, Wash. — Five people had minor injuries after a two-alarm fire damaged a Kent apartment complex early Monday.
The fire at the Dockside Apartments, along 64th Avenue South near South 236th Street, was reported at around 1:30 a.m. Puget Sound Regional Fire Authority, Valley Regional Fire Authority, South King Fire & Rescue and King County Medic One responded. A photo from the scene showed damage on the upper floors, particularly on the left side of the complex.The Red Cross is helping residents who were displaced.
