Basically, it takes a few questions that psychology knows help people out, and has you run through those each and every day, complete with an inspirational quote. Every morning, there's a space to jot down three things you're grateful for, three things that will"make today great", and a ~positive affirmation~ . At night, there are lines to write down three amazing things from the day, plus two things that would have made the day better.
