"As I came here to re-order these, I decided I should give them a review. I have long and thick hair. The standard hair tie you can get at any store has always disappointed. Constantly adjusting ponytail during workouts or runs, breaking and losing their elasticity all the time. Two times around ponytail is not quite enough to hold, three times and I feel like I'm being scalped. So tight on my wrist it leaves indentations. Burly Bands have changed all that.
My old bands barely lasted a month before either stretching out too much or breaking. I run and do yoga and I never have to adjust these bands. Nor do I have to readjust in an entire day of wearing my hair up. They are also so soft that they do not break my hair or get snagged or tangled. These are great and I recommend them for anyone who has experienced what I have with bands of the past." —
